On 16 November 2025, Parthavi Organic Vision Pvt. Ltd. conducted an online training program on ICS Operationalisation and Input Approval Requirements under NPOP for MSOCB personnel, field inspectors, and certification stakeholders. The program covered key aspects of Internal Control Systems (ICS), including internal inspections, documentation, traceability, risk management, non-conformity handling, and corrective action planning.

On 29 September 2025, MSOCB conducted a competency development program on Professional and Technical Communication at the BRDC Experimental Farm, Laitmynsaw, with the objective of strengthening the communication capabilities of certification personnel in their interactions with farmers, farmer groups, field inspectors, and operators.

On 12 May 2025, a competency development program on Organic Production Systems and Certification Frameworks was conducted by Clover Organic, with full participation from MSOCB personnel. The training covered the fundamental principles of organic agriculture, including the exclusion of synthetic inputs, soil fertility management through composting, green manuring, crop rotation and mulching, biodiversity conservation, and biological pest management.
